SALT LAKE CITY — Three more stories from the world of sports.
1. Harbaugh breaks out his Utah Jazz jersey
Jim Harbaugh continued his tour across America Thursday at Utah’s All-Poly camp and did so wearing a John Stockton jersey. Even better, he did so with the jersey tucked into his iconic khakis.

Why Stockton?
Harbaugh told reporters his brother-in-law attended a Jazz game as part of a Make-A-Wish request and Stockton met with him after the game and gave him one of his jerseys. When Harbaugh’s brother-in-law died, he was buried in that Stockton jersey.
While there, he also met up with BYU assistant head coach Ed Lamb for a reunion. Lamb served as Harbaugh’s defensive coordinator when both coached at the University of San Diego.
Harbaugh’s Stockton jersey appearance comes a day after Harbaugh wore an Alex Smith jersey while in Kansas City Wednesday. He coached the former Utah quarterback while coaching the San Francisco 49ers. In fact, wherever he’s been on his satellite camp tour, he’s had a jersey correlating to the region.
While in Alabama, he wore a Julio Jones Atlanta Falcons jersey — for Jones, who played collegiately at Alabama. He donned a Hank Aaron Braves jersey in Atlanta and a Cal Ripken jersey in Baltimore before switching to a Ray Lewis one.
2. Bradley honors Orlando victims with his captain armband
When the U.S. men’s soccer team hit the pitch Thursday to play Ecuador in the Copa America quarterfinal, the captain honored the victims of Sunday’s attack in Orlando that killed 49 people and injured many more.
Michael Bradley walked onto the pitch wearing a rainbow armband with the words, “One Nation” on it.
It matches the message sent in a USMNT video released on Wednesday.
USA went on to win Thursday’s match 2-1 to advance to the semifinals.
3. Bill Walton challenges people in ‘Street Fighter’
Just when it seemed impossible for Bill Walton to be any more awesome, he went to this week’s Electronic Entertainment Expo and challenged fellow competitors in “Street Fighter.”
ESPN’s Arash Markazi documented his time hanging with his basketball Hall of Famer and colorful analyst co-worker at the convention. Walton apparently defeated Markazi at the “Street Fighter” video game before taking on anyone willing to face him.

Walton also rebounded shots for fans taking free throws at the NBA 2K17 area of the E3 convention.
